Of course, not every single person who signs up to attend the workshop will show up. This could be because something came up, they forgot, they ran into traffic, etc. We know that on average, your workshops will have a show rate of 20%-35%. Our members average 5 or more new patients per workshop with many of our docs getting double digit new patients. Getting a high close rate typically depends on 3 things. Do I get exclusivity for my area?

Yes. Each doc that joins our program gets exclusivity for their area/zip code. Meaning that we won't work with or run ads for any other docs that could potentially overlap with your radius.

Are there any contracts?

Nope! At Waitlist, we believe that we need to continuously earn your business through the results we bring you. That has led to members being with us for 2, 3 and even 4 years. While the docs who continue to put on workshops over an extended period of time tend to do the best in our program, you are free to stop your membership whenever you want!

How soon can I be giving my first workshop?

After our demo call, you will fill out the onboarding form. After that form is filled out and completed, it is typically between 4-5 weeks until you are putting on your first workshop. During those 4-5 weeks our team is working to get your ads running to fill your workshop while giving you time to review all of the material.

Does this program take a bunch of time to implement?

Typically our docs take just a couple of hours to review the presentations along with how to properly give the presentation for the workshops! Apart from studying the material, the only other matter that requires time is interacting with your leads as they come in (which you can easily have a team member do)! While we do give you hours & hours of material to look through at your convenience - it is optional & up to you! We know that you are time starved so as we like to say, you just need to give us a time, date, and location, study the material, and we take care of everything else!

How much does it cost?

The monthly membership fee is $1500 and includes management of 1-2 workshop campaigns per month. The only additional fees are for the actual ad budgets per workshop which range from $1250-1500.
